Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Cameroon, with a valid ID and an MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money account in their own name. One person, one account.
What documents do I need?
Your national ID card (old or new), your passport or your CNI récépissé. You also take a live selfie and place your home on the map. Find a well-lit spot.
How much can I borrow?
Up to 1,000,000 FCFA. Your first limit is 2,000 FCFA. It grows step by step as you repay on time. The final amount is shown in your offer: a request may be granted or refused.
How long does it take?
Sign-up takes about 5 minutes. Some requests are approved within minutes; others are reviewed by our team, usually within 48 hours. Once you sign the agreement, the money is usually sent within minutes.
How do I repay?
Tap “Repay” in the app, then approve the payment on your phone. On the due date we also send a payment request. You can repay early or in several payments, at no extra cost.
What if I’m late?
Tell us before the due date in Profile → Help and we’ll look for a solution with you. Paying late lowers your limit. After 30 days late, the account is blocked and the debt may be recovered in court, as your loan agreement says. No late charges.
How do I stop my subscription?
Simply don’t renew, or cancel in Profile → Subscription. Any loan still running must be repaid. You can come back any time by renewing (300 FCFA).
Why is there a subscription?
The 500 FCFA covers checking your identity and reviewing your application. The 300 FCFA renewal every 30 days lets you keep requesting loans. It does not guarantee a loan.
